Presently, we’re in the process of holding annual employee meetings in each of our facilities to update them on our ESOP. Now that Miller’s has been 100% employee-owned for a couple of years, it’s becoming a reality for more of us of what it means to be an employee-owned company. While we can’t control many things, such as key legislative decisions that affect us, what we can do is to work each day keeping our Core Values at the heart of our efforts. If we do that, we know we’ll be a success at doing what’s important – caring for the ones who are depending on us for help, and, in the end, I believe that our employee-owned company will be strong into the future.
