Miller's hires Certified Nurse Aides and also offers free Basic Nurse Aide classes so those who are interested can become a Certified Nurse Aide. After working for 1000 hours as a CNA, employees are eligible to take free classes to become a Qualified Medication Aide. Miller's also offers various programs to assist CNAs and QMAs to continue their education to become an LPN or RN.
