Therapeutic Diathermy Treatments

Therapeutic Diathermy Treatments use high frequency electromagnetic energy allowing the body to generate heat from inside of deep, targeted tissues, and helps to promote blood flow, relieve pain, and improve flexibility in stiff joints and connective tissue. As pain and inflammation are decreased, patients are able to move easier and participate more comfortably in rehabilitation. Diathermy therapy can be effective treatment for

Electrical Stimulation Therapy

Electrical Stimulation Therapy is an effective tool for relieving conditions which are difficult to treat, such as neck and back pain, along with a variety of chronic pain issues. The electrical current causes muscle contractions in a single muscle or group, helping to strengthen the affected muscle. E-Stim therapy is an ideal choice for muscle retraining after surgery, injury, or stroke. Electrical stimulation therapy is used to treat:

Ultrasound Treatments

Ultrasound Treatments are beneficial for speeding the healing process, and decreasing pain by reducing swelling and edema. Using high frequency sound waves to stimulate tissue beneath the skin’s surface, blood flow is increased in targeted areas without creating additional strain on tendons or ligaments.
