We have recently moved into our newly constructed facility, which is located at 3530 Monroe Street here in La Porte. The facility includes a fitness center, state of the art kitchen, and many other exciting features.
In additional to offering short-term transitional care, our skilled nursing facility also offers traditional nursing home services.
