To celebrate the recent completion of their extensive construction project, the employees and residents of Miller’s Merry Manor in Hope are hosting an Open House for the community on Thursday, May 30th from 1:00 – 4:00 p.m. with a ribbon-cutting at 2:00 p.m.  The afternoon’s events will feature tours of the rehabilitation facility’s new addition and renovated areas, as well as hors d'oeuvres, door prizes, and networking.

The construction project encompassed a total of 5330 sq. ft., including a 2800 sq ft addition to the building.  Upon arrival to the campus, visitors are met with expansive covered porches on either side of the new entrance, providing comfortable views of Lake Schaefer.  Inside are new offices and reception area, as well as a large expanded dining area, and spacious state-of-the-art therapy gym.

Another notable feature of the new construction includes a generously-sized Community Room, complete with kitchenette.  The Miller’s Community Room is available for families and community members to reserve for parties, family gatherings, and community group meetings. Plans are also underway to hold information and education sessions for the community in the space.
