Today Miller's Merry Manor in Culver celebrated their recent Indiana State Department of Health Deficiency Free Survey. ISDH completes a survey at a minimum of once a year, and achieving deficiency free is no easy task. Culver Miller's has done it not only in 2019, but also in 2016, 2017, and 2018! This is a fantastic accomplishment by our great team!
